I am trying to use reflection to add an event handler for the RowUpdated
event of the OracleDataAdapter object (ODP.NET), but the same thing can be
said for SqlDataAdapter if you only use reflection. The code I supplied is
based on the SqlDataAdapter with reflection.
The error occurs when trying to create the delegate that will be passed in
to EventInfo.AddEventHandler. I get the following error:

I have Googled this topic to death to the best of my ability and hope that
somebody here can help.
I do not want to have any COM dependencies in a project. For various
reasons, the application will use an Access database. Unfortunately, it
appears ADO.NET does not allow you to create a database and tables.
Everything I have seen seems to point to ADOX, but that requires an ActiveX
component which I extremely want to avoid.

The problem started when the Working Folder for a project was somehow set to
the folder of another project. I set the correct working folder in VSS and
deleted the .vbproj files that had been created in the wrong folder on the
hard drive. Before I discovered these files, .NET kept trying to create a
new project with _1 following the project name. Deleting those files
corrected that problem.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
