Unicode Delimiter in vb6

Hi, is it possible to display unicode characters in the ansi system in vb6? And especially for the delimiter? For example, I'm using Windows 10 en version, I wrotte data arrays at the end of the exe with a delimiter everything works fine on my english version of WIndows, but when i move my project to the Bulgarian Windows im getting "werfault" error, and it seems that the delimiter is the problem, I tried using ChrW(&H430) Bulgarian character on my English version of Windows, but I still get "?" I know i can fix the problem if change the system locate, but im not looking for this.
