database connectivity with ms 2007 access to vb.net2010

I want to know how connect ms access 2007 with vb.net?
and what is code for it? plz its urgent help me?

Create a database connection object, supply it the connection info, and then call the open method.

The connection string for Access 2007 is
Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0;DataSource=C:\my Folder\myAccess2007file.accdb;
