Process ID

A while back I had a small application I found on the net that allowed you to
ID the process ID, the window name and other things about the forms by
drawing a box with your mouse around the form you were interested in. I have
since changed computers and I cannot find the program anymore.
Anyone knows what I am talking about and where I can find it again?
