vb.net 2005 listview button

Is there an easy way to put a button in a subitem column of a
listview ?

I know you used to have to float it over the column and such, but I
want a button (basically an array of them, 1 per detail row) on each
row.

Or, another way I could go is to make my listview like a treeview with
columns. Doesn't sound easier, but then I wouldn't need the button as
I could show all my details in a tree format. Or even a treeview with
columns support instead of a listview.

My first preference would be a button that I could put on each row
that users could click to get more details.
