Clipboard Ring

How do I get the Clipboard Ring tab to display on the Toolbox?

I can use the Clipboard Ring by using Ctrl+Shift+V.

Thanks

VS2005 no longer has a clipboard ring in the fashion of VS2003. You can
however still have a more 'visual' way (then cycling through with
Ctrl+Shift+V) by simply dragging the text to the 'General Tab' of the
toolbox. This seems to be a little known feature.
