Event should be fired upon adding a new object in the AD

Hi..
If a new user is added in the AD, are there any events in dotnet that
can get us those users from the SQL.
What i am trying to say is...the moment a new user is added in the AD,
an event should be fired where i can perform necessary actions..

Please Help!!
