Simple FTP

I would like to know if there is an easy way to expose either with .NET
remoting files and be able to transfer files from one client to another once
connected TCP/IP? Also, are there links on the MSDN or other sites with
psuedo code to assist in building this feature into my application?

I know with Explorer exposing the remote files I can see the files, folders,
drives and directories. I would to be able to send files to a remote machine
once the software it connected... i.e. and spyware scanner, antivirus or
other tools to use on the remote machine...

Thank you in advance for any and all assistance.
