Mdichild of Mdichild problem - Visual Basic .NET

I have a MDIChild that brings up another MDIChild by clicking on a
Button. After that the KeyDown does not respond. Does anyone know why?

This link http://www.spamorrell.com/testapp.html has the app in a zip
file and shows screen shots of the app and the code behind each form.

I'm using VS2003, so there must be a problem with VS2003 since it works
fine for you.
