Printing to a PDF

Hello,

Instead of printing directly to the printer, I'd like to print some text and
graphics to a PDF or even a postscript file which can then be distilled into
a PDF. Will I need a third party control for this? Any links, tips or code
snippets are appreciated.

Thanks!

I use a program win2pdf works quite well from Access.

It was reasonably cheap, sorry I don't have the link here.

Thanks Doug. I found win2pdf on the web and it looks quite useful ...
however, I didn't see any type of SDK for it -- in particular, I would be
looking for something that integrates with .NET. Do you know if win2pdf has
an SDK?

Hi,

I use the open source sharppdf lib for creating pdfs.

Adobe provide products to create PDF. In the past I've used a PDF print
driver that created a PDF format file wgen printing or distiller that that
takes a postscript file and will convert it to PDF format.

Component One also do classes that create PDF files ehich I have used in the
past.

Unfortunately none of these are free.
