copy constructor

In C++ we have a copy constructor. What is the equivalent in .Net? Would that
be the clone method?

That is a frequently used convention for some classes. Other classes have
an actual copy constructor. But it is up to each class to implement it
itself; there's no language mechanism for a magic bitwise copy of any
object.
