Impersonation(?) question

I've written an app for the end user to query the local Print Server for
a list of print shares (WMI). The user can then select a print share
and add a connection to the share on the local laptop.

Problem: doesn't work under the end user's account (access denied).

How can I make this app able to query the server's WMI printer objects
without coding an admin id & password into the app?

Or..is there another method to query the print shares without needing
admin access?
