Catch the state of a process and if that process is receiving any type of input

Hi,

I whant to know if a user is using a process. To achieve that I have
to know the state of the process, so I wrote the following code:

Dim localAll As Process() =
Process.GetProcessesByName(TextBox1.Text)
ListBox1.Items.Add(localAll(0).Threads(0).ThreadSt ate.ToString())

This code works if the process is working, for example, monitoring
WinWord using the 'Spelling And Grammar' I can see that process is
working but if i'm just writing the state of the process is always
'wait' because the process of writing is too quick to change the state
of the process.

So I thought that I could monitor the input recieved by a process too.
But I don't know how?

Thank's in advance for your time.
