Some people like to make terrible looking programs.

Dim [String] as String
[String] = "What a terrible use is this"

This can be done in more situations, it is seldom it useful, however you see
it often in samples which are direct recoded from C# to VBNet, where there
is a distict between upper and lower case, which is (luckily) not in VBNet.

I hope this gives an idea.
