Screen Magnifier

I want to make a screen magnifier which follows the mouse pointer.
Is it possible using the Framework or I should use WinAPI?

You will need to use interop and import the BitBlt API. See the GDI+ FAQ for
how to capture a screenshot of the screen or control, this principle will
enable you to grab the whole screen and then you can apply a stretch factor
to it when you display it.

Do a Google Search in this newsgroup and you should find a series of posts about this very thing. And the original poster even
supplied his finished code.
