Visual Basic.NET Resource Kit!

Hello!

I tried to install the Visual Basic.NET Resource Kit
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/vbasic/vbrkit/) but obviously something went very
wrong and now it sems impossible both to repair and to remove (to start over
from scratch) the installation. The messages popping up after choosing one of
these two alternatives Repair/Remove Visual Basic.NET Resource Kit in the
Visual Basic.NET Resource Kit Setup Wizard are in each case respectively:

-----
Repair Visual Basic.NET Resource Kit:

Cannot retrive Directories from: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual
Studio.NET 2003\vbrkit\Download Image\Setup\Installer.dll.config
Cannot get directories from config file (OK)

The Installer was interrupted before Visual Basic.NET Resource Kit could be
installed. You nee to restart the installer to try again. (Click ”Close” to
exit)
-----
Remove Visual Basic.NET Resource Kit:

Exception occurred when initializing the installation:
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: File or assembly name Installer.dll, or one
of its dependencies, was not found. (OK)

Visual Basic.NET Resource Kit Setup has failed. If the problem persists,
please email vs****@microsoft.com. (OK)
-----

Can anyone help me come further, please? - What I would really like the most
is to start the installation from scratch!
