Collection Base Datagrid New

Attempting to bind a collection base to a datagrid. Cannot get the 'new
row' in datagrid and when I attempt to use a button to add a new item to
collection datagrid does not show the newly created unless I unbind it and
rebind it. I have the following implemented through Implements
System.ComponentModel.IBindingList:

Public Function AddNew() As Object Implements
System.ComponentModel.IBindingList.AddNew
Dim c As New Item
Me.List.Add(c)
Return c

End Function

Public ReadOnly Property AllowEdit() As Boolean Implements
System.ComponentModel.IBindingList.AllowEdit
Get
Return True
End Get
End Property

Public ReadOnly Property AllowNew() As Boolean Implements
System.ComponentModel.IBindingList.AllowNew
Get
Return True
End Get
End Property

Public ReadOnly Property AllowRemove() As Boolean Implements
System.ComponentModel.IBindingList.AllowRemove
Get
Return True
End Get
End Property
