Capture a snap shot of Webpage

Can someone guide me to what is involved to take a snap shot of a web page
using .Net, i kow there is third party components that allows to do that,
but i want to create my own.

What do you mean by capture a snapshot?

Is the webpage in your control or are you capturing from someone else's
site?

Are you wanting a graphic image of it?

I will use the IE in the backround to load the page and yes i want a
graphich image of it
