Macro issue. Waiting for Build to be completed

I am trying to compensate for the last of Post-Build Events in VB.NET.
I created a macro that rebuilds a DLL, then copies the output file to a
certain directory.
Is there a method available to delay the copying until the build operation
is complete?

TIA.
