how to get a file has been open which application or process.

Dim p As Process = System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(filename)
p.WaitForExit()

Open a file use above method, and use WaitForExit method to wait, when file
is MS Word file, p equal to nothing.
Who can tell me how to get the file has been open which application or
process.
