CommonAppDataRegistry

Hi,
I'm trying to use the
"System.windows.forms.Application.CommonAppDataReg istry" to store app
settings available to all users.
But if not logged in as Administrator or poweruser, it's not possible to use
the GetValue proc.
How is it possible to store app settings that can be read by all users ?
