Hashtable merging

I have a class that use 2 HashTables to store some objects that may have the
same key...

So I have an Add method that figure out the type of the object and decide if
to add to one or the other of the two hashTables.

Anyway, I try to implement this class similar to a HashTable class... So I
need a "Values" method that return all objects added as a ICollection

How can I merge the two HashTables objects into the same ICollection that
should be returned by Values?

One way is copy both HashTables to third one (tmpHash) and return it's
tmpHash.Values?

I dont like the ideea of 2 methods, one for each "Values" of each HashTables

Some other ideea?
