help file, opening & closing

hi,

how can i open and close a help file thru code?

i tried

dim procHelp as System.Diagnostics.Process

procHelp = System.Diagnostics.Process.Start("help.hlp"), it did open

but i couldn't get it to close, when i issue procHelp.kill, it doesn't close

when i looked in the task manager i noticed that the process opens 2
processes of winhelp32, and one application of 'help.hlp'

any idea what i could do?

ray

Help.ShowHelp(Me, "Path\Filename.xxx\")<<

thanks steve, this was much simpler than what i did.

anyone out there have any idea how to close an open help file from code?

what i mainly want to accomplish is, to have the help file close when the
app that launched it closed?

how can i do that?

thanks
