Simple query:

When I set the BorderStyle property of a Form to "NONE" then I run it then I
can move the form during run time. How can I achieve both the things:

(1) I don't want to display the titlebar (max, min, close buttons etc.) of
the bar, AND
(2) I want to to move the position of form during run time (just like other
forms when there borderstyle property is set.

Thanks.

Thanks!

It has been my experience that if a form has anything in the .text property
(formerly the .caption property in vb6), it will render a title bar in which
to display the text. So, setting the .text property of the form to
nullstring ("") with controlbox being false should leave the form no reason
to render a title bar.

To move a form without a title bar, add this code to the form:

Protected Overrides Sub WndProc(ByRef m As System.Windows.Forms.Message)
Const WmNcHitTest As Integer = &H84
Const HtCaption As Integer = 2

If m.Msg = WmNcHitTest Then
m.Result = New IntPtr(HtCaption)
Else
MyBase.WndProc(m)
End If
End Sub
