How to restore Debian Start Menu

Dear friends,

How to restore debian lenny start menu. It disappeared from the panel where it usually resides.

Hello Friends,

I got the answer. The steps are

1) right click on the panel and select add to panel.
2) from the pop up window select "Menu bar"
