How to use two connection strings with one connection object

I want to make connection with one connection object and two connecion strings.While I dont want to break first connection that is made with first connection string.

one connection object can hold only one connetion string at a time.
You cannot achieve this by connection string. You can call one table belongs to another server from DB itself.
