Microsoft Reporting Server Report Display Issue

I designed a report that executes a stored procedure using Microsoft Reporting Server on SQL Server. The problem is the report when displayed only appears in the top part of the screen instead of covering the whole browser page. It has top/down and left/right arrows, however it does not display in the full screen. Any help is appreciated
