MATCHING colums

Hi
I have a Situation where im recieving data from a customer.
this information is
first Name
last name
date of birth
accountNumber (not ours) but we store

what i would like to know...is the best way to build indexes and write a
fairly fast query to match this incomming data to a row in our table
Basicly i have a lot of crap data and no key columns (unique) to look in
