a new SQL tool to help maintain SQL code is now out

Hi All,
There is this new tool that seems quite promising:

http://www.nobhillsoft.com/randolph.aspx

its supposedly helps you with your SQL code by maintaining versions of
your code, does code comparison and integrates with SourceSafe. Anybody
heard of this? Anybody ever used it? They are now in beta and they
offer free lifetime copy for participants. Anybody knows anything about
it?
