Hi, I am currently working for an IT industry. I have worked out a software on my notepad which will benefit the company. I exactly know how the software should function and the design of the software. I have no background in programming and
currently would like to get a sample form & its functions developed and present it to company and if approved then invest money and get it coded.

Can someone please assist me how to go about this?
I have limited finance, should i get the detailed functional , technical & design specification and build prototype and then approach the company or i can get someone to design a sample design and its functions and approach company?

Do you know which platform you would like to choose for that?
any particular one maybe .Net, java, c++, etc....
you would also have to look at the database you want to choose

once you finalise upon that you can get more help from specific forums
