Database access

Dear Friends,

It is just 2 months I came to Python. COuld you please tell how to acess database with Python.

I saw different options but not sure which is the best in current market.

Some things I saw are WAMPserver for better User interface, python libraries (If you know best library let me know), Also some where in pandas seems we can access it.

Could you kindly tell me the best approach.

Thanks
