M2Crypto running error

Hello,

I was install M2Crypto-0.17beta1.win32-py2.4,and when I run it, I get
the error:

>>import M2Crypto
Traceback (most recent call last):

import M2Crypto
File "C:\Python24\Lib\site-packages\M2Crypto\__init__.py", line 14,

import __m2crypto
ImportError: DLL load failed with error code 182
.....If anybody know how to solve this problem,please help me!!!
