package _mysql with McMillan

I am having problems with the McMillan package tool to get it to see
import _mysql

the _mysql module is actually implemented as _mysql.so and not a .py file.

I have tried to create a hook file for it but it doesn't work. It is just
as if the package maker does not package it up.

Has anybody packaged to cope with "import _mysql" in this package tool?

Thanks,
Pieter

Ok, solved the problem by

from MySQLdb import _mysql

and the installer found everything fine!
