I need a scroller (java) or whatever that can read a php file and display it in the script. Does anyone know of any? I have searched the script sites but didn't find anything.

I found out that I can only set an offset in my session timezone in my ISP's MySQL server, not a timezone. So I am left with the task of setting the offset, which will vary, depending on whether or not DST is in effect.
