Script for analyzing url list

1 New Member
I need help in writing a perl script. I have two files with about 10 url's in each file. I need the script to look into each file and output the url's which appear ONLY in both files and the number of times each appears.

Please HELP!

Sure, no problem, we can certainly help you. But, we aren't going to write it for you as we aren't a script writing service.

Why don't you post the code that you have tried so far, along with sample(s) of how the data looks that you are reading and we can help you get things working.

Regards,

Jeff

The experts on this site are more than happy to help you with your problems but they cannot do your assignment/program for you. Attempt the assignment/program yourself first and post questions regarding any difficulties you have or about a particular function of the code that you don't know how to achieve.

Please read the Posting Guidelines and particularly the Coursework Posting Guidlines.

Then when you are ready post a new question in this thread.

You'd think people would think about the fact that, heck, what if these guys over here read this board as well? Do they think people stick to one and only one forum? They didn't! :-)

Maybe some are indeed a bit dim-witted and assume that each forum has it own set of unique users. I assume most cross-posters just don't care.
