How to copy an array to a file?

Hi,

How to copy an array to a file?
I tried the File :: copy, But the array is not copying to the file.

@susi=$telnet->cmd("logtail");
$newfile = "$movie/$song/$file";
copy(@susi,$newfile) or die "File cannot be copied.";

Any Ideas?

Thanks,
susi.

Doesn't the name of the module give you a clue? File::Copy. It's for copying files.

The copy function takes two parameters: a file to copy from and a file to copy to. Either argument may be a string, a FileHandle reference or a FileHandle glob.

Maybe you can just open the file and write the array into the file:

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. open(FH,">", $newfile) or die  "$!";
  2. print FH @array;
  3. close FH;
  4.
