Stroing xls in oracle

Hi,

I want to store one xls file in one of my tables. Requirement is that when i click on a link on some web page, this xls should get opened. Please help me doing that. A sample code will be high help. I am using 9i presently.

can somebody give me a snippet as to how can we insert a pdf/xls file into the database??

Have you tried using LOB field.

What is the frontend that you are using ?

if you want to use LOB to load file then
example of LOB is already posted in this forum. plz. find it out.
