Difference Between Oracle 8i And Oracle 9i

pls tell me differece between oracle 8i and oracle 9i
I also want the enhanced features in oracle 9i rathere than oracle 8i
and wt commands to be used in oracle 9i other than oracle 8i

If u want commands there is not much difference.
But its internal working is differnet.
All the commands of 8i will work fine in 9i.
But why u want 9i ,better go for 10g , where u will get much better flexibility and also new features.

For flexibility reasons i recomeng Oracle 10g, Anyway 10g is the latest version between the three.
