get the IP address of a username on a network

how to get the IP address or computer name of a username logged on the network.,
i got nbtscan which scan ip address on the network and display the username currently log on the computer.,
what i want is, is there a way to use only a username and it will return the IP or computer name where the user been logged.

i currently use a OS 98,

but OS 98, not supported the net send feature.,

Have you tried the File and Printer Sharing option, have a look here, I think we're getting pretty close:

http://www.dewassoc.com/support/netw...installing.htm

Look at the bottom of the page. You may need to look at the workastation you cannot see on the network to see if there is a $ sign in the share name(s)
