How can we find the Time Zone of the remote machine?

How can we find the Time Zone of the remote machine if the remote machine is in the same network and is easily accessible.I know PsExec can be used but i want it without user name and password.

You're going to have to have the username/password to access anything on a remote computer, think of the security risk if you didn't need it.

Second, what research have you done, or code attempts have you made to solve this?
