C# create application from application

hello everybody i am new here 'i would like to ask if it's possible to to create an exe C# apllication from another apllication with code . i will explain my self better :
for example i have code which shows "hello"message , i want to create a button wich on click will create will create new EXE in new directory that when i will open it, it will show another message / do somthing else written in the code . all these an without setup file just in C# code. is it possible ?

You want to spawn programs from a program? To what purpose?

I'm sure you could use the command line compiler to do this, and then System.IO to move the compiled exe. But why bother?

telling the truth i want to create a programm which i'll say it will be game but actually i will instel in the current computer which there the game runing an EXE file that will open at the startup . actually i am trying to scary a friend XD . i know this sounds stupid , i know how to do everithing except this

That is the definition of a virus. It doesn't matter that it's just a prank, we do not discuss anything illegal, unethical, or malicious on this forum.
