SVG to Raster converter

Hi all,

This may be a stupid question here, but I need to be able to convert a SVG
document into any kind of raster format (PNG, JPG, BMP, GIF, whatever). The
catch is that, tho I have a good converter for Java, this would need to be a
non-Java tool. I'm not tool particluar if it is a toolkit or a command line
executable or what, but it must be automatable (i.e. callable from code). I
have looked and looked for one, am I missing something?

Thanks so much for the help. Tho I probably should have mentioned this in
the 1st email, I need something that will do this under Windows.

ImageMagick (works under Unix/GNU Linux) does it.

Image Magick does work under Windows.
