Flash Player

I have been having trouble with Flash player.. I have uninstalled and though
difficult - re-installed it. Problem is - my daughter loves Webkinz.. only
she keeps getting dumped off, and while on the site - we get error message
reporting: "a script in the movie is causing flash player to run slowly. If
you proceed your computer will run slowly and may become unresponsive"
I have checked with my broadband company, and cannot contact Adobe - they
only offer support if you purchased the product, and no on-line support.
Any ideas or suggestions??
