img_click event executes twice...

Hi All,
I have written a javascript to call image's click event.. but the event is executing twice. Why this happens?

function Call()
{
document.getElementById("imgShow").click();
}

'imgShow' in an image button on aspx page.
there is an imgshow_click() event in .cs file and i m calling this click event from javascript as
-> document.getElementById("imgShow").click();

but d buttons click event is executing twice.

why this happens?

Please post the relevant code in the click function. Are you calling it anywhere else. Please use code tags. Thanks.
