Using MessageBox in Asp.net

I am just getting into the .net programming. I know i need to include namespace
to make use of MessageBox.

Is there any other reason for not getting this option?

Can anyone tell me how do i get the MessageBox in Asp.net..?

MessageBox.Show("Welcome")

Which namespace should i Include..?

Hi Jyoti,

Your thread has been moved from the ASP Forum to the .NET Forum as the ASP Forum is for classic ASP with VBScript, not ASP.NET.

ASP.NET cannot display message boxes. To do that you need to use Javascript. Server-side technologies have never been able to produce message boxes, and haven't been able to do so for many years (since classic ASP).

You can use javascript through asp.net. Either use attributes.add, eg add a click event to a button, or register client script in the code. HTH.
