Hi Guys,
I've developed a C# application and managed to install it on the client PC Successfully. The application uses SQL server 2000 database. The application is installed on the client PC without the database. The client application has to access SQL server 2000 database on the server PC. How can I connect the client application to the database that is fornd on the server PC?

Thanks,

Hello

Have you written connection string in your application with the existing server name & DB name ,if you have LAN connection to your server and client PC and if the connection string what you have used is correct then you application automatically detects the DB where ever it may be All you have to do is ,just make sure your Connection string is correct and your server and client systems are connect via LAN thats enough.
