bracket vs graphic output results for textboxes

Hi all,
I have a strange situation... A client told me they couldn't see some buttons on a given page... but with a bunch of other users, they all have NO problem, so I asked for her to do a print-screen and email to me.

The result was strange... Almost all her page had [ ] where the buttons and textbox areas are SUPPOSED to be... All other users get the actual graphics looking textbox control, and actual push-button style look, but HER version looks like its all being interpreted as
[button] [another button] [last button]

and textboxes appear like
Enter Name: [ ]
Enter Address: [ ]
etc...

Any ideas? is it a setting in her browser or what... as she is the only one encountering this.
