MDI Single instance

I have MDI windows application with two forms. The form will be invoked based on the parameter, which passed on MDI load (eg:”Form1” or “Form2”).
The requirement for me is to open the “Form1” or “Form2” by invoking the application and there should be one instance of the MDI.
Kindly suggest
