System out of memory exception despite the fact that server has lot of RAM unused

1
Hi,

I have ASP.NET 2.0 application running on IIS 6 and Windows 2003 Server 32bit. The server has 4GB of RAM.

After my application grows up to 1GB of RAM I get out of memory exception despite the fact that the server has a lot of RAM unused.

Does anything limit RAM usage per application? Is there any place where I can change it?

Does setting recycle worker process to start after my application reaches 800MB (or something) can help?

Thanks in advance for your answers
