changing websites every 10 seconds

Hi,to all
i am having a problem. i am doing a project where i need to create two frames(columns),
left should contain all url's which comes from database,when i click start button the timer should start where for every 10seconds the urls which are available in the database should get change the websites should appear in the right frame.
i have already created a frame using html and in left frame i have taken grid view where all url's will appear and i have also created a html button where i wrote the timer code in javascript my problem here is how retrieve url's from database and get appear for every 10 seconds where urls contain in the database changes in the right frame.plese help me out.i am doing this project in asp.net with c#.
